Assalamualaikum w.b.t and hello to all! It's Ain Syahirah again 😉 Continuing from the previous post, the following week after the official briefing, our first
official meeting with our coordinator, Dr. Arpah, was held at SD7 of the
Bioinformatics Building in the Faculty of Science. At the end of the meeting,
we appointed everyone to their roles. Everybody agreed that Shamin should be
the Director/Chairwoman of our little committee. Fatin volunteered as the secretary,
Kartheeni as the treasurer, Anis and Foo as the Heads of Activity Bureau, Mai
as the Head of Logistics Bureau, Ad as the Head of Sponsorship Bureau and
lastly myself as the Head of Publicity Bureau (hard to believe, aye?). Although everybody was assigned as the head of their respective bureaus but everyone will need to pitch in and help one another to ensure that the workload is not only shouldered by a particular member/bureau but shared between the members of the committee.
My thoughts on becoming the Head of Publicity Bureau;
I was originally in charge of the accommodation but since we've decided to put it under the Logistics Bureau and no one had claimed the spot, I went for it. Given my experience with Photoshop and creating posters, I was pretty confident that I could give this bureau a go. That being said, we'd appreciate it if all of you lovely readers could help like our Facebook page, follow our Instagram account and like our post there. We really need all the help we can get.
